01 / THE SERVICE
Terms of Service
By accessing the Rerun FX website or beta workspace, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Who operates the service
ReranFX operates Rerun FX. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” in these terms mean ReranFX.
Beta access and availability
The workspace is in beta. Features, presets, effects, exports, and access arrangements may change as we develop it. We may pause, limit, or end access when reasonably needed for maintenance, security, or the development of the service. An invitation or request for access does not guarantee continued access.
Your content
You keep ownership of images, videos, text, and other material you bring to Rerun FX. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use that material and for the results you create. You give us only the permission needed to handle your content to provide the features you choose to use. We do not acquire ownership of your work.
Responsible use
Do not use the service to break the law, violate another person’s rights, distribute harmful code, interfere with the service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users.
Rerun FX materials
The Rerun FX name, design, software, built-in presets, and other materials we provide remain ours or our licensors’. These terms give you permission to use the service as offered; they do not transfer those rights to you.
Feedback
If you share ideas or feedback about the beta, we may use them to improve Rerun FX without an obligation to compensate you. Please do not send information you need us to treat as confidential through a general feedback channel.
No guarantee of uninterrupted service
The beta is provided as available. We work to keep it useful and secure, but cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Rerun FX develops. The effective date at the top of this page will show the current version. If a change materially affects your use, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.

Privacy Policy
ReranFX uses information to run the website and beta, respond to requests, send updates you ask for, and keep the service working safely.
Information you provide
When you request beta access or join the newsletter, we receive the email address you submit. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message. If you choose to use a feature that accepts creative material, we use the material as needed to provide that feature.
Website and technical information
Cloudflare and our hosting systems may process technical details such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and the time of a request to deliver the site, maintain security, and diagnose problems. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on the public homepage to understand aggregate visits and page performance. It is not used to build advertising profiles.
How we use information
- To review beta requests and manage access.
- To send Rerun FX updates when you join the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To operate, protect, and improve the website and workspace.
- To respond to your questions and comply with applicable obligations.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent for optional updates, on providing a service you request, on legitimate interests in operating and protecting it, or on a legal obligation, as applicable.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with providers needed to operate the service, including Cloudflare, and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose or as required by law. Newsletter addresses remain until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them; beta request details are kept while needed to manage the beta.
Security and international handling
We use reasonable measures to protect information, though no online service can guarantee absolute security. Cloudflare and other providers may handle information in more than one country, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from emails using the link in a message. Depending on where you live, you may also ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to certain uses. Contact [email protected] with a privacy request. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
Children and updates
Rerun FX is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. We may update this policy as the service changes; the effective date above shows the current version.
